1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ed44 website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

ed44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

The ed44 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Creating an account on behalf of another person or misrepresenting your eligibility is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only) to register and use the ed44 platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of ed44 or its affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during the registration process.

ed44 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and any winnings obtained by underage players will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ed44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (including through the use of different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities) is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ed44 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ed44 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ed44 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your login details.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

ed44 operates a rigorous KYC process in line with responsible platform management practices. All players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released:

• A government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. ed44 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 to 72 hours under normal circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• ed44 may request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ed44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses, including but not limited to the welcome bonus, reload bonus, referral bonus, and cashback offers, are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all promotions offered by ed44 unless specifically stated otherwise in individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise specified.
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Uncompleted rollovers will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the ed44 platform — whether on cricket matches, slots, live casino tables, crash games, or any other product — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. ed44 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrated system malfunction.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or data feed interruption that materially affects the outcome of a bet or game round, ed44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance. The following additional betting conduct rules apply across all products:

• Cricket betting markets are settled based on officially published match results from recognized sporting bodies. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international bilateral series all follow their respective tournament rules for settlement purposes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per game type. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted by ed44 at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ed44 platform. Any player found engaging in such activities will face immediate suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to facilitate any criminal financial activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) to circumvent bonus restrictions or security checks.
• Colluding with other players, agents, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ed44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of ed44 or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from ed44.

The ed44 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of ed44. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial or promotional context is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ed44 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all player data. The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the ed44 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ed44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players. Upon account closure, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to ed44, subject to successful completion of KYC verification.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting ed44 customer support via the email address listed in the footer. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Players are encouraged to review our Responsible Gaming page before requesting self-exclusion or account closure.

12. Amendments to Terms
